Global Impex Industries is equipped with advanced research and engineering facilities dedicated to the testing, analysis, and performance evaluation of monolithic refractory materials. Our physical testing capabilities include sleeve analysis, loose and packed density measurements, and comprehensive assessments conducted after moulding. Post-moulding evaluations follow defined procedures, including controlled curing in moulds, oven drying at 110°C, air drying, and cooling cycles to ensure consistent and reliable results.

We conduct Cold Crushing Strength (CCS) tests to evaluate material durability, along with PLCAR and PCE assessments across varying temperature ranges to verify performance under demanding operating conditions.

Our chemical testing laboratory is designed for precise analysis of critical constituents such as MgO, CaF₂, Al₂O₃, CaO, TiO₂, and SiO₂, ensuring accurate material characterization and strict quality control. Supported by modern instrumentation and a skilled engineering team, Global Impex Industries delivers dependable testing solutions that meet industry standards and customer expectations.
